MIPTV4K takes intellectual property seriously. Details a valid notice needs
A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
A description of the material you want removed and where it is found, precise enough for us to locate it.
Your full name, postal address, telephone number and an address where we can reply to you.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner.
Your signature, either physical or electronic.
What happens next
We confirm receipt of a complete notice within 2 business days and take action within 5 business days. If a notice is missing any of the details above, we reply and ask for the missing items before acting.
Counter-notices
If material you supplied was taken down and you believe that was an error, you can send a counter-notice through the same route. Include the same identifying details and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake. The terms of service and disclaimer give more context on how the Service operates.
