TiViMate setup, step by step
Install TiViMate
On Android TV and Google TV install TiViMate IPTV Player from Google Play. On a Fire OS Firestick, sideload it with Downloader. Apple, Samsung and LG screens have no TiViMate build, so use IPTV Smarters Pro on those.
Add MIPTV4K as a playlist
Select Add playlist, then Xtream Codes. Fill in the server address, username and password from your WhatsApp message and select Next. TiViMate checks the account and counts the channels it finds.
Name it and choose groups
Call the playlist MIPTV4K, continue, and tick the channel groups you want. Leaving out countries you never watch makes the guide faster to scroll, and you can change the selection later.
Schedule guide updates
Under Settings, EPG, set the update interval to 12 hours or daily. The guide source comes bundled with the Xtream login, so there is no separate EPG URL to paste.
Turn on auto frame rate for football
Open Settings, Playback and enable Auto frame rate. TiViMate then asks the TV to switch refresh rate to suit each channel, which removes judder on 50 fps matches. On a Firestick, leave the Fire TV frame-rate option off so the two settings do not clash.
Decide on Premium
Premium is bought in the TiViMate Companion app on an Android phone, as a yearly plan or a lifetime licence. It unlocks recording, catch-up, multi-view and multiple playlists on up to five devices per account. Check the price in the Companion app before paying, as it varies by region.
Common TiViMate problems and how to fix them
TiViMate cannot load the playlist
Make sure a port number ends the server address and that your plan has not expired. Type the password manually, because pasted text sometimes hides a trailing space.
The guide says no information
Go to Settings, EPG and update the guide by hand, then restart TiViMate. If only a few channels lack listings, the broadcaster may not publish guide data for them.
Multi-view shows only one picture
Multi-view needs TiViMate Premium, and each extra window opens a separate stream. A 1-device MIPTV4K plan plays one stream, so a split screen needs a plan that covers as many devices as the windows you open.

TiViMate: your questions answered
Is TiViMate a TV subscription or only a player?
TiViMate is only a player. Paying for TiViMate Premium buys app features such as recording and multi-view, not channels. The channels come from an IPTV service such as MIPTV4K, which you add under Add playlist. Without a service loaded, TiViMate opens to an empty guide with nothing to watch.
How do I watch two matches at once in TiViMate?
Use multi-view, which requires TiViMate Premium. Start the first match, open the channel options and add a second channel to the split screen. Each window is its own stream, so on MIPTV4K you need a plan with at least two devices for two games, and a larger plan for three or more.
Where do I buy TiViMate Premium, and what does it cost?
Premium is sold through the TiViMate Companion app for Android phones, as a yearly plan or a one-time lifetime licence. Recent listings put the yearly plan at roughly 10 to 12 US dollars and lifetime in the mid-thirties, but prices change by region. Avoid sellers offering cheap Premium codes, since those are often revoked.
