Search the Roku store
Press Home, open Search and type IPTV player. Listings change often and many are not from the official Smarters developer, so read the description and confirm the app accepts an Xtream Codes login before adding it.
Sign in with Xtream Codes
If you find a suitable player, open it and pick the Xtream Codes option. Type in the server URL, then the username and password from your MIPTV4K message. If it only asks for a playlist link, paste the M3U URL from WhatsApp instead.

Why can I not sideload IPTV apps on a Roku TV?
