MAG and Formuler box setup, step by step
Read the MAC address
Turn the box over and read the MAC on the sticker, or find it on the device information page in Settings. MAG addresses begin with 00:1A:79. A clear picture of that sticker sent to MIPTV4K on WhatsApp means nothing gets mistyped.
MAG: add the portal
Open Settings, then Servers, then Portals; older firmware shows System settings before Servers. Name Portal 1 MIPTV4K, enter the portal URL from WhatsApp exactly, then save and reboot the box.
Formuler: set up MyTVOnline
Launch MyTVOnline and choose to add a portal. Enter a nickname and the portal URL, or pick the Xtream Codes option and use your login instead. Formuler boxes also run Android apps, so TiViMate is an option if you prefer it.

Portal loads but channels are missing
Reboot the box so it pulls a fresh list, then compare the portal URL with the WhatsApp message character by character. If the list is still short, ask support to refresh your account.
